Cancellation Policy

Stuff comes up, we understand! Call to reschedule!

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Notice of cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made prior to 24 hours of your appointment time, fees will apply.

For a no call, no-show, we will charge the full price of the scheduled service/s. There are no refunds for cancellation fees, all sales and services are final.

Company Policy – This business does not offer refunds. If for any reason your appointment is canceled, or you need to change it and you have pre-paid then a store credit will be issued to your account with the full amount, this amount will not expire. Exceptions can be made if the owner sees fit to do so.
