Cancellation Policy

Stuff comes up, we understand! Call to reschedule!

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

We believe in fairness. Therefore, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Please note that fees will apply if a cancellation is not made before 24 hours of your appointment time.

No-call, No-show

We will charge the full price of the scheduled service/s. There are no refunds for cancellation fees, all sales and services are final.

Company Policy

This business does not offer refunds. If, for any reason, your appointment is canceled or you need to change it and you have pre-paid, a store credit will be issued to your account with the full amount; this credit will not expire. Exceptions can be made if the owner sees fit to do so.
